hey pete, if protein gets your shit all clogged up maybe try an amino acid supplement. the GNC brand amino acids are pretty good…but if you go there, dont listen to any of the workers cause they’ll try to sell you stuff thats really bad for your liver and blood pressure. just with amino acids and protein i gained 25 lean pounds in two years. its important to remember that it can take years for you to see a real change though.
but yeah you should hire a personal trainer for a few days if ya dont want to read about exercises and nutrition.

Normal laxatives, like my fiber drink, or some over the counter pills I bought, weren’t working. harsh methods like drinking epsom salt with water would cause a jetstream of hot water to come out of my ass, but it was so watery that I don’t think it was accomplishing much.
I’m doing a bit better in that department presently, but I’ve been irregular all my life.

So I finally picked up Dead Space for cheapsies and am up to Mission 3, think i’ve shat myself about 300 times already. Doing the initial playthrough on hard was a poor choice, but imma soldier on

It’s not scary in the Unsettling way like silent hill, but scary in the shit something just jumped at me way. Plus I scare real easily. It’s a good game nontheless

@ctuck It’s only because my horn is so tootable.
So far ME2 is very, very good. It’s a lot of the same from ME1, but I haven’t played that in a while, so it doesn’t feel repetitive. There’s a ton of shit open right off the bat, so it’s a bit overwhelming, but I’m really excited for everything to come. Graphics are great, no framerate probs so far. Great music and voice acting.
Oh, and I’m a male character (unlike Pete, who picks the chicks who he can seduce dudes).
so can you load your character and data from the first mass effect?
Yeah, but because I got a new Xbox I couldn’t transfer it. What’s weird is that all the characters reference shit I actually did, so who knows. Apparently the transfer is really finicky, and you need to be playing on the same hard drive/console as ME1.
I probably will transfer, but I don’t really remember the story of the first game or what I did, so I don’t know if it matters.

@boxedout If it was recorded on Wednesday it could be out in the next hour or in three years. It’s not them not recording regularly that makes the episodes not come out, it’s more often than not a delay or mess up in the edit.
